commission-based model. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building strong client

IT solutions.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field
(or equivalent experience)
Experience: 1–2 years of proven experience in sales or business development
Technical Skills:
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
- Basic understanding of IT services and digital solutions
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
- Familiarity with lead generation platforms and social media marketing
- Knowledge of sales analytics and reporting tools
Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strong business acumen and problem-solving ability
